What we actually do
We acquire U.S. properties with curative title problems: probate, foreclosure, missing or scattered heirs, quiet title, partition, and estates that were never properly completed. Most investors walk away from these. We fix the title and sell with clean title at full market value. The whole operation runs on technology we build in-house, and we're building the team to scale it.
