What we actually do
We acquire US properties with title defects — heirs, estates, liens, judgments — at steep discounts. We fix the title problems, and sell with clean title at full market value. The spread is $50K–$100K+ per deal. Everything is run remotely from Canada using technology. Skip tracing, automated outreach, CRM pipelines, title research databases. No driving for dollars. No knocking on doors.
